What is your Returns Policy?

No Refunds.

An item may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, however you will be responsible for the cost of the courier both ways. It must be unworn and in the original packaging / with the swingtag still attached (whichever applies to the item) If you are in Cape Town you may also come to our office in Kirstenhof to do the exchange.

If the item is defective or damaged on delivery, we will cover the cost of the courier for the exchange. In this case, you must notify us within 24 hours and send back the item within 7 days of delivery.

No exchanges on Sale items (items marked down) unless they are defective or damaged on delivery.

No exchanges on underwear or swimwear.

 

How do I pay?

There are various secure payment methods that we offer including instant EFT, SnapScan, credit card and cheque card. You choose your payment method at the checkout. We use PayFast to process our payments.

 

How much is shipping / courier?

Standard shipping is R60. Shipping for Large / Heavy orders is R85 (Items like bulky jackets) Orders over R499 receive free shipping. There is also the option to collect your order in Kirstenhof at no charge.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be shipped the day after it is placed (or on Monday if placed between Friday - Sunday) If you live in a main centre / city it will be sent by door to door courier with Fastway Couriers which takes 2-3 working days after it has been sent. If there is not someone home at all times we would recommend using your work address. Orders cannot be sent to a P.O. Box address. 

If you live in an outlying or rural area your order will by sent by regular post and will be delivered to your closest Post Office, usually within 3-5 working days after being sent (However the Post Office can sometimes have delays)

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we only ship within South Africa at the moment. We hope to be able to ship internationally in the future.

 

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes you will be sent an email when your order has been shipped with a link to your order details and tracking number.
